Shipping & Delivery

The delivery of our articles is possible worldwide. We work with DHL, if necessary, other shipping service providers can be used in consultation with our customer service team. In individual cases, the use of other shipping service providers or special shipping methods (e.g. express shipping) may result in costs that are not identical to the shipping costs listed below. In these cases, the goods will only be shipped at the costs incurred in the individual case in consultation with the individual customer.

We send all national parcels and parcels climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen, thereby helping to protect the environment. You can find more information about climate-neutral shipping at DHL.

We charge shipping costs (including VAT) per order.

Within Germany by weight and for deliveries abroad up to 15kg at flat rates.

Delivery times:
Delivery time depends on the destination country. Unless a different time limit is specified in the item description or at checkout, the goods will be delivered in Germany within 2 – 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 – 10 days after order confirmation (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

FOR CUSTOMERS FROM SWITZERLAND

For deliveries to Switzerland, we recommend using the MeinEinkauf.ch service. All customs formalities and delivery to your door will then be taken care of for a small fee MeinEinkauf.ch
